Lori is an experienced Exercise Physiologist with a strong focus on women’s health, pelvic floor function and strength, cancer care, and bone health. She is passionate about helping women at every stage of life, from supporting pelvic floor recovery and strength to guiding safe, effective exercise during and after cancer treatment.
With extensive experience in rehabilitation for injury and chronic disease, Lori provides evidence‑based programs tailored to each individual. Her expertise spans all stages of cancer care—from diagnosis through treatment and into remission—ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.
Lori is also dedicated to improving bone health and reducing the risk of osteoporosis through targeted exercise interventions.
A firm believer in exercise as medicine, Lori takes a patient‑centered approach, creating personalised plans that reflect each person’s unique circumstances, abilities, and goals. She works collaboratively with her clients to build confidence, restore function, and promote long‑term wellbeing.


Nikki Kastner
Exercise Physiologist

Nikki is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a specialist focus on functional movement and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and build the strength and resilience needed to prevent future setbacks.
Her expertise spans strength and conditioning, functional fitness, and injury rehabilitation, with extensive experience supporting clients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Guided by her philosophy of “use it before you lose it,” Nikki emphasises the importance of movement as medicine—helping clients maintain independence, mobility, and long‑term health.
Known for her approachable and supportive nature, Nikki creates a safe and encouraging environment where clients feel empowered to take charge of their health. She designs evidence‑based, personalised programs that adapt to each individual’s needs—whether they are athletes returning to sport, individuals recovering from injury, or those managing chronic health conditions.
Her ultimate goal is to help every client move better, live healthier, and reach their fullest potential.
Jasmine Tripp

Specialist in strength, conditioning, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation—with a focus on knee and ankle injuries.
Jasmine is an Exercise Physiologist with a strong focus on strength and conditioning, youth athletic development, and athletic performance. With extensive experience in team sports, particularly Netball and AFL, she specialises in building movement efficiency, motor pattern development, and performance outcomes for athletes of all levels.
Her clinical expertise lies in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, with a particular interest in knee and ankle injuries. Jasmine also works closely with individuals managing chronic health conditions, ensuring safe, effective, and sustainable exercise programs tailored to each person’s needs.
Passionate about the role of exercise in both recovery and performance, Jasmine develops individualised programs that:

Over her career, Jasmine has worked with a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, cardiovascular and metabolic disease, respiratory conditions, cancer, and neurological conditions. This breadth of experience allows her to adapt her approach to suit clients from all walks of life—whether they’re returning to sport, recovering from injury, or starting their fitness journey for the first time.
Her ultimate goal is to empower every client to move with confidence, achieve their aspirations, and lead healthier, more active lives.

Tristan has a keen personal interest in pain, coupled with his generous nature towards helping others with their ambitions and goals (both fitness and otherwise). He is patient centred and knows that everyone's story is different and thus each approach will be different. He works with his patients to help them achieve their goals by providing education and personalised exercises.
Tristan has a keen interest in total wellbeing and understands that a healthy body is as much about what you put into it as it is about energy expenditure. He is well learned in nutrition and has studied this topic avidly. He is well placed to incorporate dietary and lifestyle planning into his programs to help clients achieve their results.
