At Fortitude Rehabilitation and Conditioning, we provide full-time Exercise Physiology and Personal Training services from our rehabilitation gym at the Fremantle Rowing Club in East Fremantle.

We’re also fully mobile, bringing the same high-quality services directly to you—whether at home, in the community, or within your workplace.
